Bulk scanning

eXdomain was designed for scanning domains in bulk. It is possible to scan up to 500,000 domains at one time. Our software is designed to support smooth and stable work while loading, manipulating, sorting and filtering extremely large domain lists, even during the scan process.

Multi-proxy support

Scanning multiple domains requires the use of sophisticated tools to guard against being banned by data providers. eXdomain provides multi-proxy support so you can specify up to 20,000 proxy servers. The application will route each request through a different proxy server, and our dedicated intelligent algorithm chooses them in most efficient way.

Automatic updates

Users are informed of any changes by a specially generated announcement that displays when the application starts. eXdomain users get updates for free. While starting a computer the application will automatically check if there are any new available updates and with a user’s consent the application will download and install the newest version of eXdomain.

Multi-threading boost

Amazing multi-threading support lets you verify up to 30 domains simultaneously so your results shows up even faster. Perfect balance between multi-threading, proxy and DCs extracts ensure maximum scanning speed.

The results archive and Export to CSV

The “history” feature lets you view past searches and analyses. Using “results history,” users have the possibility of restoring results from any day and displaying them in the scanning results window. Current results may be filtered and compared. The history files are continually updated, and results can be exported to CSV file for further processing.

Export/Import configuration

Users may import and export previous configurations to a file for future analyses. This will save you time!

External domain sources supports one click importing of daily updated dropping domains from justdropped, digestdomains and others from any given day for many different TLDs like: com, net, org, info, biz, us, pl, de and others..

Using eXdomain you can import, scan, analyze and catch or verify the most popular top-level domains including: com, net, org, edu, info, biz, us, eu, de, at, pl.

Extremely powerful filtering and sorting

Without waiting for the end of the scanning process, users can specify and apply tens of different filtering combinations, which are applied on the fly to scanned or archival domain lists. It's possible to specify range criteria for page rank, site, link, link domain etc., date range criteria for expiration date, web archive or display criteria to filter domains with or without specified values and many many others. Moreover, users can use multi-value sorting to specify range of interest in particular values, such as percentage share, combine it with filtering and extract most suitable and valuable domains immediately during (or after) the scan.

Monitoring

eXdomain can also be used to keep tabs on your own domains! To keep track of what’s going on with your domains, just use our monitoring tool, which analyses your domains on a regular basis. This tool will show a balloon tip every time the value of one of your domains has changed.

DC support

eXdomain lets you specify an unlimited amount of different server IPs of the most popular data providers like Google™, Yahoo™ etc... Using this feature, you can decide which server you would like to get responses from, and (even more importantly), you can specify more DCs to distribute queries for the safest and most efficient work possible.

Quick and easy installation and activation process

Installation of eXdomain is fast and efficient! . After download and installation, you’ll just need to enter your activation data and license key (which will be emailed to you). After that, eXdomain will update itself every time it starts up.

Enhanced sort and filter
You asked, we listened! In response to a huge number of requests, eXdomain contains a sort and filter tool that you can use to apply criteria to your domain search as it’s occurring.
In eXdomain 2.0 the sort and filter tool is even better. Now you can use more than 100 filter options in millions of combinations.
We have also added lexical filter that let you specify keywords your domains must contain, anti-keywords, words the domains must with. You can also provide length range and choose between predefined options like excluding digits, TLDs and others...
Some of the filters can be applied before scanning so you can spend your time viewing only the most suitable domains. And it’s here. In eXdomain 2.0, you can apply these filters before and during the scanning process.
Better Domain Monitoring
Now users can not only store domains they are interested in, but can also check their values and watch changes on built-in charts that continually update values. Domains are tracked even if the application is scanning or hidden.
Last results are displayed just next to the domain name on the monitoring list. Archived results are accessible through built-in charts. Using those charts you can verify how your chosen domains change in values on sites like Google Site™, PageRank™, Alexa Rank™.
Adding domains to the monitoring list is now easier and more intuitive than ever before. Now you can add domains directly from real-time scanning results by using the "Add to monitoring" feature.
Improved workspace interface
eXdomain 2.0 comes with an adjustable workspace layout, which means that now, you can arrange your powerful tools the way you like. Users can now manipulate tool windows, attaching them to any side of the application or grouping them in tabbed structures for more comfortable work.
Ever wanted to prepare new domain lists while your old lists are scanning? Now you can. Our new “tabbed” structure shows you windows like “domains lists, results, web browser, archived results and monitoring". It gives you ultimate possibilities: to arrange your workspace, place windows side by side to compare results or work on two different tasks at once.
Improved time counter
eXdomain 2.0 also includes an improved time counter! With more accurate estimates, you can now adjust settings to suit your needs.

We know your time is valuable, and so…we listened to your requests on the time counter/estimate as well! We spent a lot of time on this feature and now each estimate is as accurate as it can possibly be. Now you can easily adjust your settings to domain list to time range that you have.
Amazing Typo Generator
More and more, eXdomain is becoming not only a great domain research tool, but a tool that supports other domain-related tasks. Our “typo generator” is a great tool that lets you generate the most popular spelling mistakesyou’re your domains. With typo generator you can instantly generate thousands of typos from domains and keyword phrases in up to 250 TLDs, then you can quickly check that list for availability and all other values supported by eXdomain.
Typo generator is based on the QWERTY keyboard layout. Users can choose between five different mistakes like missed or inserted letters, reversed order, double letter and skipped letters or any combination of those. It's also possible to specify max count of mistakes in one typo and acceptable TLDs.
Typo generator is an irreplaceable tool for discovering typographical errors for any giving domain. Due to the long tail effect getting all possible typos can give you high traffic increase, capture your competitions’ visitors, help you in the generation of a low competition keywords to save money on PPC ads or help you find low competition keywords which are easier to rank for with traditional SEO.
More efficient history browsing
Now you can browse archived results in separate tabs, opening multiple history results at once and placing them side by side to compare results using the new workspace layout. You can also keep scans running and browse history simultaneously by having these open as additional tabs.
Integrated web browser
We are constantly improving the eXdomain user experience! In eXdomain 2.0 we have implemented great built-in web browser, which will let you quickly check the content of any scanned domain without leaving the application. When you click on the domain, a new browser window will open immediately so that you can see its content.
You can also use the context menu feature to directly get access to “waybackmachine” results for any given domain, which will let you see what the domain used to look like and compare it to the current interface.
Depending on your preference, you can choose to use the built-in or system browser as default. This lets you analyze any domain quickly, saving time and allowing you to quickly discover new and possibly valuable domains.
IP address & domain length
eXdomain 2.0 comes with new values support. We have added new columns for IP address and domain length. New values are sorted, giving even higher flexibility for discovering worthy domains.
Smaller and bigger improvements
In version 2.0 there are not only many new great tools but also some improvements from previous versions, including:
Improved sort and filter: now you can specify criteria for scanning results, change tabs to view archived results, and use the great filtering tools without touching your current scanning filter configuration.
Multiple select and copy - now it is possible to select more than one domain in the results window and apply operations like “copy” or “refresh results.”
Faster and more efficient grid - we have rebuilt the grid control from the ground up! Higher efficiency and performance of the application requires higher efficiency and performance of displaying and manipulating results. eXdomain 2.0 supports more values, more filter options and offers much better performance. We have redesigned the results table to provide you with unbeatable smooth and responsible interface.
Enhanced Whois lookup
Even our already-great Whois lookup has been improved. Now you can not only get immediately access to Whois results for any domain you have scanned but also for those that are queued for scanning as well as any other domain that you type in.
Because of our new workspace layout, the Whois window is now a detachable tool that you can constantly have on your desktop to quickly get all domain details stored in the Whois database.
Errors prevention
eXdomain 2.0 also comes with simple, helpful tools for preventing errors. Your work with eXdomain depends on many third-party factors: proxy servers state, data providers like Google™, Yahoo™, WebArchive™, your internet connection, and many others. From time to time getting some data may not be possible. The most difficult part of this used to be finding the source of the problem. Now we give you great tools like the errors list and proxy verification to make it much easier to figure out what’s holding up the process, so it can be fixed that much more quickly.
Before scanning, you can run proxy verification to automatically verify your proxy servers, remove non- working servers and get information about possible errors like wrong user name or password.
While scanning, if you get data errors, then you can use the error list to easily get detailed error message and analyze problems instantly.
More and more TLDs support
Most of the data supported by eXdomain works no matter which TLD your domains belong to. Only some of them like Whois lookup and availability are limited to TLDs from our "Supported TLDs list". With each release we are adding more and more new TLDs -- it's 27 of 250 TLDs supported for Whois lookup + availability check and 250 of 250 for all other values.
With eXdomain 2.0 we have added support for: .ae, .au, .be, .ca, .ch, .cn, .dk, .fr, .hk, .ie, .in, .it, .jp, .pt, .se, .us.
